Things You Should Know Before You Start:

  • The 43rd Annual MARJCC Hebraica Alex Halberstein Maccabi Games is an athletic event held annually for Jewish families.
  • The opening ceremony will take place on Sunday, November 17, at 6:30 PM at the MARJCC.
  • There is a 10% security fee added to all registrations.
  • There is a strict no-refund policy for the 43rd Annual MARJCC Hebraica Alex Halberstein Maccabi Games.
  • A photo of each participant must be uploaded to complete the registration.
  • To receive the membership rate, you must enter your active MARJCC membership ID number.
  • Switching country teams is not permitted within the same category as the previous year.
  • No changes are allowed once registered.
  • Adult Male (29 to 44) and Veteran (45 plus) categories will not play up or down.
  • Young Adult (18 to 28) is a new category for both male and female participants, limited to two sports plus optional individual sports.
  • T-shirt and ID pick-up for those registered by November 10, 2024, will be on Sunday, November 10, from 11 AM to 1 PM. T-shirt sizes are subject to availability.
  • T-shirt and ID pick-up for those registered after November 10, 2024, will be on Friday, November 15, from 2 PM to 6 PM. T-shirt sizes are subject to availability.
  • The Dance Competition will be held on Thursday, November 21, at 6 PM.
  • If a team is sold out, you may join a waitlist, but availability is not guaranteed.
  • In categories where a country has more than one team, the team division will be determined by a public lottery.


Who is eligible to play in the Maccabi Games

The Maccabi Games is a special event tailored for Jewish families and children, providing a unique opportunity to celebrate our shared culture, values, and community spirit. A Jewish athlete is someone who has at least one Jewish parent.

The Maccabi Games are specifically designed as a celebration of Jewish culture and community. As the event is tailored for Jewish families, participation is currently limited to those who identify as part of the Jewish community. 

By continuing with the registration process, you acknowledge that you and your family meet the criteria outlined above regarding being Jewish.

      After adding each participant athlete, click "Save Registrant." This will give you the option to add more participants if needed.


      Parent / Guardian


      The Maccabi Games Registrar reserves the right to contact or deny a registrant for incorrect category, team, payment or any other reasons.

      All registrants will be checked for membership and payment accuracy.


      Suggested Amounts

      All member registration discounts are subject to active membership. We may call you to collect any difference if membership is not active.

      All registration will be reviewed and must comply with Maccabi Games rules:

      • Member Number must match MARJCC data
      • Registration must include individual pictures
      • No switching of teams is permitted once you have registered for the games or when in same category as year before.
      I agree that the Maccabi Games is an athletic event for Jewish participants.
      I know that I should allow at least 3 working days for registration to be processed.
      Registration is based on team and category availability.
      I understand that the Maccabi Games has a strict no refund policy.
      In October 2024 (date TBA) we will determine the number of teams per category each country has. In the event your team does not have enough participants to open a category, you will have to select an alternate country. There is no refund policy.
      No switching of teams is permitted once you have registered for the Games.
      No switching of teams is permitted when in same category as year before.
      Categories that divide within a team will be determined by lottery.
      No athlete may play without a Maccabi Games shirt, I.D. badge, and wristband.
      We reserve the right to expel or suspend any athlete or spectator who is not complying with the spirit or rules of the Games.

      Should you suffer any injury, accident, or incident during the Games please file a report with an Official at the Maccabi Games Office, or a Site Director.
